Rooms in a stunning penthouse with sea-view terrace, on the fourth floor. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge, and private bathroom. The rooms are arranged as follows: 2 double rooms, 1 triple room, and 1 quadruple room. Two of the rooms also feature a small sink and a basic kitchenette area for light meals. Guests can enjoy a large shared terrace of 300 sqm overlooking the sea, furnished with a gazebo, barbecue, dining table, deck chairs, and a cozy lounge area. On the terrace, there is also a cooking area equipped with a coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, kitchenware, utensils, oven, and mini-oven ideal for reheating food. Drying racks are also available. Please note: the cooking area and outdoor spaces must be left clean, and waste must be disposed of according to recycling rules. The penthouse boasts a unique location, close to Corso Roma, Gallipoli’s main street, lined with hotels, bars, and the city’s main shops. At the end of Corso Roma, a bridge connects the modern part of the city to the historic center. From the penthouse, the sea can be easily reached on foot or by bike. The apartment is accessible by elevator up to the 3rd floor, with stairs leading to the 4th floor. An ideal solution for couples and families. The first supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price; extra sheets and towel sets are not included in the rental cost but can be booked in advance.
