"Cann'e Sisa Luxury Villa Perla Marina A" is a portion of a semi-detached Villa on the lower floor of a large villa of recent construction completed in 2022, is located 150 metres from the beach of Cann'e Sisa within walking distance, there is a 'large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills. The villa is equipped with all comforts, it consists of 2 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, the other with 2 single beds.
