It is a ground floor apartment surrounded by a spacious garden reserved for guests. It faces south-west and is very bright. My wife and I live upstairs but the two apartments are totally independent. It is a quiet area at the end of a street, but at the same time close to the main services (supermarket, bank, bars and typical restaurants) reachable on foot in a few minutes. My wife and I are retired teachers. We like to travel, meet people and maintain cordial relationships with guests. We know our area well and are available for assistance and advice to guests who wish it. We have three children, two of whom are married. We also have three lively but loving grandchildren. They don't live with us.
