Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Lavagna applies a tax of 1 Euro per night per person (for guests aged 14 and over) which will be collected separately 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EUROS to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER.

Large apartment with sea view located in Cavi di Lavagna 100 meters from the sea and beaches. Ideal accommodation for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio, very close to the city of Chiavari and Sestri Levante, it can be your base for visiting splendid places such as Portofino and Santa Margherita and the Cinque Terre which can be reached by car or train in less than an hour. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. Upon entering you will find a large and bright living room, with dining table, TV and sofa bed for two people. A French window provides access to the balcony of the house, furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun on beautiful days on the Riviera while admiring the sea. Next to the living room you will find the kitchen, spacious and modern, equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals during your stay: hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. There are three bedrooms in the apartment: two equipped with a double bed each and one with two single beds. In all of them you will find a wardrobe for your personal effects and in one of the two double bedrooms there is also a desk, to be used as a possible workstation in case of smart working needs. In fact, the accommodation is also equipped with free Wi-Fi. Finally you will find a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures, shower and washing machine that can be used during your stay. For laundry there is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. The house has private parking. There is air conditioning in the room. Animals are not allowed.

It is just a few meters from the sea and the center of the village. The hamlet is characterized by the typical maritime charm of Ligurian villages, a few steps from the apartment you will find splendid beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and along the narrow streets of the center you will find restaurants, cafés and bars, offering a variety of gastronomic options and a lively atmosphere both day and night. There are also grocery stores. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are opportunities for walking, jogging or cycling along the scenic seafront. The nearby bus stop offers convenient transport options for exploring other parts of the area without using a car. Overall the neighborhood offers a perfect combination of coastal living, relaxation by the sea and easy access to the city's services. The hamlet of Cavi di Lavagna is located exactly between Lavagna and Sestri Levante, towns that you can reach and visit in just a few minutes. With relatively short journeys you will reach all the other towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino. Moving in the opposite direction, you will find Sestri Levante, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour by car or train. In the surroundings of the city, for lovers of walking and trekking, dozens of paths wind through the hills, offering panoramic views of the coast surrounded by nature. Cavi is also about 30 minutes from Genoa, a city of incredible beauty with its characteristic alleys, churches and period buildings, the Old Port and the famous largest aquarium in Europe.
