Beautiful property consisting of a newly built apartment, located away from the city chaos and 8 km from the sea of Otranto and Porto Badisco, as well as a few kilometers from the beaches of Gallipoli. The location is also ideal for reaching Castro and Santa Cesarea, about 10 km away, and the botanical garden just 2 km away. The apartment offers all the necessary comforts, including air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board, safe, TV, and ample parking. You are also close to the largest botanical garden in Europe and just a few kilometers from the international go-kart track.
