Casa Bauta is located in Mestre, just 400 m from the central train station, where frequent trains take you to Venice in only 10 minutes. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. Guests can enjoy easy access to local transport, making day trips to Venice, Padua, Verona, or even the Dolomites very simple. Mestre offers a quieter, more authentic atmosphere compared to central Venice, while still keeping you close to the canals, culture, and history of the lagoon city.
