Simonetta Demarchi, was born in Oleggio on January 28th , 1965. After completing high school studies in Novara, she attended the Faculty of Economics and Commerce of Turin, that allows her to operate in the hotel industry for many years as administrative manager. Felled in love with the hotels world she has started a career as executive hotel manager and consultant that will continue until the year 2001, when she decides to restore the property named "Casa Bellavista", to turn it into a Bed and Breakfast, helping the knowhow of years of management of the major land hotels with a careful attention to detail and love for the kitchen, thus was born Casa Bellavista B&B. After a few years it will be reviewed internationally and recognized among the best in the area for style, atmosphere service and food.
