Lovely villa with breathtaking lake view and private swimming pool. Located in the little hill-side village of Monte Maderno, Casa Belvedere offers a very private and intimate space while being just 5 km away from the town centre of Toscolano-Maderno, with it's beaches, bar and restaurants. The house is divided into two levels joined by an external staircase, 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms. The house has two comfortable and separate entrances in case each family wants their privacy. An outdoor patio with barbecue area is available to guests for dinners with friends, surrounded by a private ample garden and swimming pool. IDEAL FOR: Family holidays, but each with its own privacy STRONG POINTS: Large outdoor areas, swimming pool, lake view. CIR: 017187-CNI-00216
