Hotel Regina S.a.s. is a small family-run business that has been working in the tourist sector for many years. The passion for furnishing and hospitality, has led us to create small accommodation facilities, starting from Grado and arriving up to Udine and Trieste. Hospitality is the key word of our work as in Latin it says "Hospitalitem" translated "friendship for guests" is our purpose, and we try to keep it always in mind. Make guests feel at ease and let them spend a pleasant vacation discovering the beauty of the area in which we live between sea, hills, plains and mountains.

Property information

Casa Calle del Forno is a small flat located on the second floor of an old house (protected by the Cultural Heritage) in the historic centre of Grado. The flat has been completely renovated in harmony with the history of the house and following the restrictions of a listed building. In the flat you will find a small kitchenette, a double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower and towels. You will also find a flat screen TV, moka, kettle, independent heating and air conditioning. Please note that the flat does not have Wi-Fi and bicycle parking and very important to know is that to access the flat you have to climb VERY steep stairs, not suitable for children and animals.

Neighbourhood information

In the historic center you can immerse yourself in the typical atmosphere of Grado, a picturesque labyrinth of streets and squares, with traditional architecture outlined by stone walls, small windows and narrow external stairways. You can discover romantic places and taste local specialties in one of the many typical restaurants. The apartment is close to the port and 400 meters from the Costa Azzurra beach.
