The holiday house, intimate and cosy, makes the most of a particularly advantageous position which matches the possibility to spend serene holidays immersed into green quietness, with the opportunity to easily reach the most important art and cultural city centres of Tuscany and Umbria. All around the house a large and panoramic garden equipped with gazebo, outdoor furniture, barbecue, a 8x4 m. swimming pool (depth m. 1,45) and Jacuzzi bath (2 m x 2 m 4 people) and 2 bikes.
