Dear guests, we give you our warm welcome to “Diamante House”! Our house was renovated earlier this year, we hope you like it! It is a nice and cozy studio located on the first floor of an elegant building equipped with surveillance cameras and concierge with staff always present, kind and helpful. We tried to take care of every detail of this "Diamond" to allow you to spend a pleasant and carefree stay. Our studio is furnished with new, modern furniture that make it cozy. The entrance is equipped with a new armored door and on the left, there is a totally renovated bathroom, with a comfortable shower, all sanitary ware (also bidet) and washing machine. There are many different towels, a shower towel and a nice courtesy kit. Entering the studio apartment on the left: the new kitchen, with dining table and four chairs, fully equipped and ready to prepare excellent lunches and dinners. We have an induction hob, electric oven and fridge with freezer, microwave, Bialetti coffee machine and moka, immersion blender, Kasanova pots, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glasses, coffee and breakfast cups, kettle for tea and herbal teas to be prepared at any time of the day and much more. We have an air conditioner and a fan. There is also a lovely living room with modern cabinets, a wall-mounted TV and, on the right, the bedroom all complete. Our apartment concludes, a small terrace with storage room, some pleasant plant, two chairs and a colorful round table to make it all cheerful and relaxing especially during the cool and starry summer evenings

Hello everyone! We are Alessio and Naida, precisely mother and son. Alessio works in the field of real estate and Naida is a teacher. Thanks to our well-finished and well-kept studio apartment in every detail, we decided to throw ourselves into the world of short rentals, to give an excellent service to all tourists who come to visit our Turin!

The structure is located in the historic district of San Salvario, located to the south-east of the historic center, considered one of the greenest central districts of the city of Turin, very residential and with a high population density, rich in all essential city services such as bars, tobacconists, pastry shops, restaurants, breweries, supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry, bakery, hairdresser, shoemaker, tailoring and much more, all very convenient and all. The apartment is located in a strategic position, this allows you to easily reach the main stations and all the tourist and cultural attractions that this wonderful city offers. What is great to know is that a few steps away we find the magnificent Valentino Park, between the greenery and the long river Po it will be pleasant to take long walks, maybe have a picnic on the lawn and visit the Medieval Village and the beautiful Valentino Castle. The location of the apartment is very convenient to public transport services: Carducci Molinette Metro Stop 400 metres away, easily reachable on foot in just 6 minutes. Through the metropolitan axis you can easily move in many areas of the city. Bus stops: just under 180 meters you will find in Corso Bramante the Molinette Hospital stop with lines 45, 45 /, 47 and 66. At 200 meters instead, we have the Molinette Est stop in Corso Massimo d'Azeglio with lines 42 and 67. In the immediate vicinity of the metro stop you will also find in Via Nizza the Carducci stop with the lines 17, 18, 18 BLUE, 24, 35 and 93 /. The convenient and optimal location of these stops will allow you to move freely around the city.
