Close to the charming historic center, this lovely attic overlooks the enchanting landscape of Ticino. Ideal for families, couples, friends or business trips, a minute's walk from the casino, the square, and the beach. The open space living room faces a large terrace overlooking the lake. There is one bedroom, a spacious sofa bed; a bathroom with shower and bidet; a perfectly equipped kitchen. Sunbathing, sipping cocktails, preparing dinners with friends, this attic is the perfect place for you!
In close proximity to the picturesque city center, the apartment is located on via Cavour 2. To reach it you need to go to Corso Italia 9 and take two flights of stairs, located in front of the restaurant Grotto Rialdo. It is also possible to reach the apartment from the lakefront through the charming alleys of the old town. The apartment is just a minute's walk from the free public parking located on 'Corso Italia' 19. It is also within walking distance of the bus stop 439 'Corso Italia', which connects Campione to Lugano in less than 20 minutes, and the Melide railway station in 10 minutes.
