Hi, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist Taxes In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Pets: we usually accept small pets and ask for 5 euros per night for each pet. 4) Check-in and Check-out outside the permitted hours is often allowed, with prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (6-9 pm, early check-in before 3 pm), for later times, if it is possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.

Casa Fede is a spacious 80 m2 apartment on the first floor of a small building in the heart of Sestri Levante. Characteristic Genoese house but with modern furnishings in a marine style, it has 2 spacious double bedrooms, very bright, both equipped with an additional 2 single beds, split air conditioning / heating, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables. Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, 4 gas burners, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, Microwave grill and well equipped with compartments and furniture, glasses, cutlery, plates, cups and kitchen utensils. Large bathroom with spacious and bright window equipped with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, sink, 8kg washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board, hairdryer, cabinet, large mirrors, chests of drawers. Large living-dining room with sofa bed for one and a half, large central table with wooden chairs, chest of drawers, 37-inch LCD television. Equipped with WI-FI internet connection, bed linen and towels. Ideal accommodation for your holidays in the town on the Gulf of Tigullio. ATTENTION: given the presence of stairs (no lift) to reach the floor, the accommodation is not recommended for elderly people and/or those with walking difficulties.

The house is located in the center of Sestri Levante, a few steps from the central caruggio of the town, where you will find all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, tobacconists and bars. There are also numerous restaurants in the surrounding area including Ca Di Ferae, which is located just below the apartment. In less than ten minutes' walk you can reach the splendid Baia del Silenzio or the Baia delle Favole and the other beaches of Sestri Levante. The house does not have private parking but it is possible to use public parking along the street or the station parking, free on weekdays and paid only on weekends. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. Sestri is also a popular destination for sportsmen and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the heights there is a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
