Casa Filomena

Casa Filomena is one of the most enchanting structures in its category. It is a house on 2 levels and has 2 terraces. At the raised level we find the sleeping area with the characteristic alcove where there is a comfortable double bed with wooden slats and orthopedic mattress, in the open space there is a double sofa bed with "real mattress", table, chairs, and at the same level we find the room with 2 single beds with wooden slats and mattresses with springs (last generation). In the open space we find a fridge, LED TV (even in the small room). The open space leads to the balcony, the comfortable bathroom with shower and stairs leading to the beautiful living kitchen with another LED TV, another fridge (this is larger with freezer), induction cooker, electric oven and microwave . Obviously pots, cutlery, tablecloths, table, chairs and crockery. From the same stairs you go to the terraces (defined among the most beautiful). The first terrace, enriched with plants and citrus, is furnished with a table and chairs as a director and lit. We find the second terrace equipped as a solarium with comfortable sunbeds (present only in summer).
