It consists of an open space with combined kitchen and living room (air conditioned), two spacious bedrooms, one double (air conditioned) and one twin (with a tower fan), a bathroom with shower and a second bathroom (no shower) with washing machine, two small balconies overlooking a green field of olive trees and the "Church of San Raimondo" dating back from the 18th century. A reserved parking space is available in the underground condominium garage. A few km from Pula and Casa Grace, there are the amazing beaches of S. Margherita, Chia, Tuerredda, up to Teulada and Porto Pino... an itinerary of beaches to be experienced in the slow and relaxing rhythms that Sardinia offers to its guests.
