Casa Grazia guest house is a delightful newly renovated independent apartment for tourist rental. As it is not a hotel-type structure, at check-in, in addition to the identity documents, you will be required to sign a short rental contract not subject to registration in accordance with current legislation in Italy. You can request a copy of the contract in advance. Identity documents must not have expired at the time of the check-in date and will also be required for minors. If the minor is not a member of the family unit, the written authorization of one of the parents is required, accompanied by an identification document from the authorizing parent.
