Casa Guardi is a large apartment of about 120 square meters located on the first and last floor, which is accessed by a staircase leading to a terrace with table and benches. Overlooking the beautiful and immense Tuscan nature, it is composed as follows: large and bright living room with living area with fireplace and panoramic window, dining area, small independent kitchen, hallway leading to two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and window, one of them equipped with washing machine, another small single bedroom, all very bright. Outside you can enjoy a dedicated area, with solarium and an extraordinary and unique panoramic view, which allows you to fully enjoy the nature and tranquility of the Tuscan countryside.
