The property is enriched with two equipped gardens in the area in front (with exclusive parking space) and behind the dwelling, including barbecue and veranda. Private residence of 30 colorful houses, arranged in a circle, close to the pine forest. The first beach and the Candiani pine forest are within walking distance, the Is Arenas Biancas sand dunes can be reached by walking along the shoreline in about 25minutes, or by bicycle through the pine forest in 15 minutes. The dunes can also be reached by car, paid parking available. A few steps away a kiosk bar, open all day, prepares breakfasts, quick meals and aperitifs (all great!). Other excellent food services in the area in front of the beach. Nearby all services, restaurants, pizzerias also take away, 2 grocery markets, OTC products, bakery all available within walking distance, along the way to the beach.
