Casa Isa is a beautiful recently renovated 100 sqm villa with a private entrance, offering all the comfort and elegance you need for an unforgettable stay. You’ll find free on-street parking right next to the house in case you decide to arrive by car, and it's just a 10-minute ride by tram or bus (running 24/7) to Venice. The entire house is at your disposal (maximum 5 guests), spread over two levels and tastefully furnished to provide a warm and refined atmosphere. Sleeping Area/Bathroom (Upper Floor): - “San Giorgio” Room: a spacious double bedroom with the possibility of adding an extra bed for a third guest. It features a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. - “Burano” Room: a charming room with a French bed, perfect for two people. It also has a private terrace facing the garden. - An elegant and bright bathroom, with a window and a walk-in shower. Living Area/Kitchen/Garden (Ground Floor): - A spacious entrance welcomes you into a relaxing and comfortable setting. A fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking your meals. It includes all essentials, a microwave oven, and a washing machine with detergent provided. - A large and cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen smart TV, and free Wi-Fi connection. The Garden: A Corner of Relax. One of the highlights of this home is the spacious private garden, preceded by a large veranda. Here, you can enjoy pure relaxation, dine outdoors on sunny days, and appreciate the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Thanks to the excellent 24/7 public transportation network, reaching Venice has never been easier. Trams and buses will take you quickly to the island of Venice, the Cruise Terminal (Marittima), Mestre city center, Venice Santa Lucia and Venezia-Mestre train stations, as well as the Marco Polo Airport (VCE) in Venice and the Canova Airport (TSF) in Treviso. If you’re arriving by car, this is the perfect solution to avoid the expensive and inconvenient parking in Venice. You can leave your car in a more accessible area and easily move around using public transportation. The neighborhood is also very well served by all essential shops, including bakeries, supermarkets, pastry shops, and pharmacies, making your stay even more comfortable and convenient. Moreover, you can enjoy beautiful walks in the nearby San Giuliano Park, a large green area facing the lagoon — perfect for relaxing or outdoor activities. Or you can visit a piece of local history at Forte Marghera, a fascinating 19th-century military structure that today hosts cultural events, temporary exhibitions… and is also home to dozens of friendly cats!
