Large house divided into 2 similar apartments. The entrance to the structure and the parking is unique for both apartments. The first apartment is on the ground floor and is a three-room apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room and a bathroom with tub. The 75 square meter ground floor apartment also has a private gazebo for your outdoor lunches. The complex is located along the road that leads to the typical Tuscan village of Casale Marittimo. It is 800 meters on foot from the village (be careful the road is uphill). It is a 20 minute drive from the sea of ​​Marina di Cecina or Marina di Bibbona. A 15 minute drive away you will find the splendid village of Bolgheri famous for its wine cellars. -- IMPORTANT INFORMATION -- -- BED/BATH LINEN -- The property does NOT have bed and bath linen. It is an OPTIONAL service that can be requested 7 days before check-in. It costs 15 euros per person for each set of linen to be paid on site at check-in.
