After traveling across Europe, at just 25 years old, she decided to return to the land of her parents: a stunning and authentic corner of Sicily, where the connection with nature is deeply rooted in the culture, and where one can still breathe the true “Italian dream.” Yet, it is also a place often marked by people leaving, convinced there is “no future” here. Viviana chose to see things differently: to value the territory and help others rediscover it through the eyes of those who live it every day. Local House was created to welcome travelers into authentic Sicilian homes — houses that belong to those who no longer live on the island year-round — giving guests the chance to experience local life in the most genuine way. Thanks to a dedicated and professional team, every home is thoughtfully curated to ensure comfort and quality, while preserving its original character. Welcome to Casa Lucia, an apartment with 7 beds and three bedrooms, all with sea views. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, offering a comfortable stay in total privacy and freedom. We are located in front of a restaurant, just 1 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the historic center of Santo Stefano di Camastra, the famous ceramics town.

Casa Lucia is located in the marina area of the village of Santo Stefano, a coastal town famous for its ceramics. In front of the apartment, you will find an excellent restaurant, and just 1 minute on foot is the train station, 3 minutes on foot from the seafront, and about 10 minutes on foot from the historic center, full of bars, delis, restaurants, and ceramic shops. Despite being close to all these attractions, the area is quiet and peaceful. We are within the Nebrodi Park, where you will find numerous trails for hiking, and a little further away, the "Fiumara d'Arte," the largest open-air art park in Europe. Just a 30-minute drive away are the beautiful village of Cefalù and the city of Capo d’Orlando, from where you can start your visit to the Aeolian Islands. The accommodation is easily reachable by both train and private car. The S. Stefano di Camastra train station is just a 2-minute walk (200 meters) away. Casa Lucia also has a private parking space.
