My holiday home, Casa GianLuis, is a detached house with two apartments: Casa LUIS on the ground floor and Casa GIAN on the first floor. Casa LUIS (ground floor) was lovingly designed and built by me in 2024. It is full of vibrant colors that convey energy, passion, and joy, while also offering peace and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, etc., as well as a foldable baby cot and one free parking space in front of the house. The charming outdoor lounge area is for the exclusive use of Casa LUIS guests. It features a BBQ, a fountain, sofas, and sun loungers. There's also an outdoor dining table with a large umbrella — perfect for enjoying lunch or dinner in the garden. We are located 1.5 km from Luino train station, just a short bike ride from a beautiful and relaxing cycling and walking path, and only a 10-minute drive from Lake Maggiore.

I’m Sabrina, born and raised in this house until the age of 30. Here is where I learned to love and care for the vegetable garden and the greenery around me. My grandmother and my parents passed down to me the ability to build and create — with imagination, innovation, and resourcefulness — to make my dreams come true using my own hands. I love sports, cooking for myself and my friends, traveling, and meeting new people and cultures. It makes me truly happy to bring joy, harmony, and a sense of well-being to those who stay in my home. I deeply value life, fairness, and respect; I try to live fully, with emotion, and surrounded by special people. I can't wait to meet you!

One of the little gems of Luino (a small town on Lake Maggiore) is Voldomino. My house is located in Voldomino Inferiore, a green area near a beautiful cycling path that runs along the Tresa and Margorabbia rivers. To reach the house, you’ll pass through a small square where, many years ago, there was a public washhouse and the old mill of my great-grandparents, which was used to grind the grain of local farmers. The upper part of the village is called Voldomino Superiore, known for its historic center and the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. We are surrounded by history, energy, and—fortunately—a simple, authentic village spirit that still lives on.
