casa maica is aGuest House in the middle of the country, 350 mtr from the beach of Ezzi Mannu, 10 min by car from Stintino. it is a place for people that enjoy beeing in the nature, far from everything and close to the beach. The main house is made by Rooms with private bathroom, half hectar of land, bbq, parking place, possibility to cook etc...here are welcome babies from 6 years old. IN THE SAME PROPERTY THERE IS ALSO A LITTLE INDIPENDENT HOUSE: THE OCTOPUS HOUSE WHERE KIDS ARE WELCOME AT ALL AGE. (UNDER 3 YEARS OLD DO NOT PAY) It is a strategic spot to visit all north west sardina, the beautiful beaches and sites of interest, and of course the island of Asinara, natural park that is just in front of us. CAR IS NEEDED, in sardinia pubblic trasports are not so good. a turis tax has been introduced from the administration of Stintino and is due at arrival (couple of euros per person a day)
