The apartment is settled in a very Venetian area, where people speak Venetian (local language) and the children still play around the streets. That's the best place to live the city as a local does. It's an ideal family apartment. It has grow my family for many years so now we can say it's a family-proof home :) Here you can find a big-fully furnished kitchen. The batroom has a idromassage shower, a healthy activity to profit from once home after a long trip. There's also a crib and any pet is very welcome! Towels, sheets and blankets are included on the price.

We are out of the hustle and bustle area here. It's easy to move thanks to the boats running 24h a day. You can reach Saint Mark Square in ten minutes and reach confortably sitted Both the train station (Santa Lucia) and the bus station (Piazzale Roma) in about twenty minute. There are many food shops as bakeries, butcheries, fish sellers. There a supermarket three minute far from the apartment, close to the boat stop. There's also a pharmacy, a tabaccheria and an important ice cream shop. :) Giudecca is the pace where you can deeply understand the link between the city and his lagoon. You can see the most beautiful sunset ever from here! There are many interesting places to visit as palaces, churches and gardens. There's an important photography foundation who recently has reopen a wonderful palace. It's Tre Oci Foundation. There are a couple of breath-taking sites from where to see Venice up from the tower and the tower-bells. Giudecca could be also interesting to be visited with an architectural and historical curiosity, due to the many historical functions it has had over the centuries.
