In a nineteenth-century palace on the main square of Parasio, which enjoys amazing views of the nearby sea and the mountains, we rent a lovely and comfortable holiday home consisting of a living room, a small kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has a sofa bed already set up as a single bed, which can be easily transformed into a double bed, depending on the needs of guests.
The mattresses are of excellent quality, 22 cm thick, very comfortable even for long stays.
The whole house is furnished with taste to make your vacation the most relaxing possible, excellent for your holidays at the sea and in the sun.
Colors and decorations reflect the deepest roots of our land, Liguria, offering to our guests a taste of history and local attractions.
A short descent takes you to the many surrounding beaches and everything you might need in the center of Porto Maurizio.
The house is perfectly suited for families with children as they have a room to themselves, and the square below has public games and is almost always closed to car traffic, making it safe and quite.
My name is Alessio, I was born in Imperia, but now live in Milan.
I inherited this home from my grandmother (Grandma Angela), and decided to start deep renovations, thus fulfilling her wish to give once again life to the home.
I currently work in the Finance Department of a large telecommunications company
In the heart of Parasio, the oldest part of Imperia - Porto Maurizio, we set up an home for vacation and relax entirely dedicated to the sea and its colors.
The promontory of Parasio is the medieval old town of Porto Maurizio and is one of the symbols that characterize the town of Imperia, definitely the most interesting place in Imperia.
Rich in architecture, including churches, ancient buildings and quaint typical Ligurian alleys (“carrugi” in ligurian), it offers to those who visit, the breathtaking views that only a village overlooking the sea can grant.
Parasio is perched on a promontory that looks out on the sea. It's a medieval village still today almost entirely pedestrianized.
A charming and spellbound atmosphere among ups-and-downs, panoramas, little squares, flights of steps, loggias and the scent of caper plants.
Its particular spiral structure, with the typical alleys (caruggi in italian) that climb the promontory, the numerous churches, the palaces, the oratorios, the gardens, the stunning views of the sea and the valley, valley, make the Parasio a unique experience, in a continuous up-and-down that engages the inhabitants and tourists attentive to the landscape
