Pereta village is a real hidden gem and so is Casa Panoramica. You really feel like you are hidden away all alone but actually you are in the heart of the village close to everything.
Casa Panoramica is a bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a very private, large sunny balcony for al-fresco dining and sunbathing or star gazing. The living area has a 2 sofas, dining table, kitchen area and French doors leading out onto the large gorgeous balcony.
The main bedroom is large and spacious with views of the Tuscan hills. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an option of a 3rd pull-out bed. The bathroom has a bath, shower over, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
In the house you’ll find everything you need to help you feel at home. In the kitchen there’s pots and pans, plates, mugs etc plus some kitchen basics like washing up liquid, salt, olive oil, herbs etc
All bed linen and towels are provided, even beach towels. There’s also a hairdryer, iron, ice box, beach umbrella and some beach toys for the kids! All those things that make your stay that bit easier.
On the balcony there is a table and chairs for al-fresco dining, sun chairs and an umbrella for shade. The balcony overlooks the Valley and a garden below, where you can sometimes spot the odd deer, fox, wild boar or porcupine coming up from the woods.
I love the bright open space in the house and the large balcony is so private and relaxing... great for sun bathing and al-fresco dining. I could spend all day on the balcony!
I am a Yorkshire lass who fell in love with an Italian! We used to live in Rome and enjoy weekends in this gorgeous part of Tuscany. Now, my husband and I travel a lot but Pereta is always our favourite place... a little piece of paradise.
