The house is located in Porto Taverna, in the province of Sassari, in Gallura, between Porto San Paolo and San Teodoro, in an area of Sardinia, the north-east one, known for its wonderful white beaches and pristine sea and for the colors and the typical scents, which lead it to be one of the most sought after areas of Sardinia. We are between Olbia, which is 20 km away and which opens up to the Costa Smeralda and the Baronia area, immediately below, which takes us to the wonders of the east coast. The house is on the seafront of Porto Taverna, between a wetland inhabited by flamingos and the beach of the locality which is about 100 meters away and which opens onto the wonderful panorama of Tavolara which stands out imposingly in the middle of the beach, as if to welcome guests who decide to visit it. The feeling is of peace, relaxation, detachment from everything, in a small village, a fraction of Loiri Porto San Paolo, like this one, which however is also located in the center of the nightlife that goes from San Teodoro, which can be reached in 15 minutes in Olbia, where you arrive in the same period of time. The house opens with a garden on the seafront with two internal parking spaces and a beautiful greenery that goes from the front of the house to the back, where there is a very private barbecue area, where there are also sun loungers , to experience the house even in extreme privacy. Although it borders on other houses within 10 meters of the garden walls, the house has this area of extreme privacy. In the front part of the house we find a veranda where there are table and chairs and on the other there is a garden lounge, from both areas you look towards the sea.From the veranda facing the sea you enter the living room of the house which is organized with a TV and sofa and some fixed benches in the living area, off the living room there is the kitchen ,The living area leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and in between a bathroom

Porto Taverna beach is the most important and dynamic. Here families, young sportsmen, tourists and residents gather to spend the whole day alternating convivial moments in the numerous refreshment points with sports and entertainment. There are two large car parks which facilitate access and it is also thanks to their presence that the beach is very crowded throughout the summer season. Also in the case of the beach of Porto Taverna, the early hours of the morning or in the evening after 6 pm are the moments in which to enjoy it in peace. From one of the two car parks, the furthest one, you can reach the beach via a wonderful wooden walkway built a few years ago. We advise you to walk it in the evening or early in the morning, you will not regret it. The two main residential areas, little villages and stazzi, merge together into a single dimension. The little village of Loiri and the marine village of Porto San Paolo merged to create a single Municipality in 1979, along with a myriad of districts surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. A majestic centuries-old olive tree welcomes you at the entrance to Loiri: the municipal 'capital' has three thousand 500 inhabitants and stands amidst low hills, about 15 kilometres from the sea. The coastal village, which has accommodation facilities, services and a modern tourist port, is frequented by 15 thousand people in the summer. According to legend, the apostle Paul stopped here in Antiquity, before withdrawing to a hermitage deep in the Gallura area. Loiri Porto San Paolo, which is exactly halfway between Olbia and San Teodoro, shares 15 thousand hectares of sea and 40 coastal kilometres of the marine area of Capo Coda Cavallo with them. Ferry services leave here every day allowing you to visit the wonders of the impressive island of Tavolara and the smaller islands of Molara, Molarotto, Piana and the Isola dei Cavalli.
