Elegance and design are the unique characteristics of this magnificent home, Casa Ruiz is the ideal structure to experience the capital of the Baroque. Historic house, recently renovated, with fine finishes and furniture. The structure consists of four apartments equipped with all comforts for your holidays.

Sede del Municipio, Palazzo Ducezio, fu progettato dall’architetto netino Vincenzo Sinatra nel 1746. Sinatra s’ispirò ai palazzi barocchi francesi anche se il palazzo fu completato solo nel 1830. Da vedere la Sala degli specchi ricca di mobili in stile Luigi XV, caratterizzata da grandi specchi scolpiti dall’avolese Sebastiano Dugo. La Cattedrale di San Nicolò è il principale luogo di culto netino. I lavori di costruzione cominciarono nel 1694 e terminarono nel 1703. La Chiesa a tre navate custodisce moltissime opere d’arte alcune provenienti da Noto Antica distrutta a seguito di un terremoto avvenuto l’11 gennaio 1693. Tra le reliquie, degna di nota è l’urna argentea contenente le spoglie mortali di San Corrado Confalonieri, santo netino famoso per i suoi miracoli. Museo Archeologico-Il museo illustra, allo stato attuale la preistoria e la storia di quasi tutti i siti archeologici della Sicilia orientale e centrale, sino ad età classica e, relativamente alla città di Siracusa, ad età ellenistica e romana. Dall’aprile 2010 si è arricchito del prestigioso Medagliere trasferito dalla precedente sede espositiva di piazza Duomo.
