It is part of an annex of the ancient manor complex of an ancient Medici property.

The path to get to the Podere has a gravel road.
The double bedroom located on the first floor has a portable air conditioner branded "Delonghi PAC EX105 A+++" latest model, suitable for country and historic houses where the air conditioner with heat pump is not suitable for aesthetic reasons and environmental respect.
The room with the bunk bed, located on the ground floor, has a fan as air conditioning is not necessary.
