Located in a very central area, within walking distance of the lake, beaches, cycle paths and in the immediate vicinity of private beach, shopping center, aquapark, boat rental, boat departures for every tourist destination of Lake Maggiore.
The apartment is located less than 50 meters from the lake directly on the main street of Lake Maggiore, with constant car traffic in daylight hours.
