Set against a stunning mountain backdrop, this 160 m² property offers guests privacy, comfort, and a peaceful retreat ideal for families or groups seeking a memorable alpine getaway. The entire accommodation is exclusively yours, featuring five comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it perfect for larger groups or multi-family stays. The property boasts free private parking and complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and relax in the garden or make use of the outdoor barbecue facilities. Please note that the house does not include bed linen or towels, although duvets are provided. PLEASE NOTE: The kitchen oven is not working (a microwave oven is available).
When the house is not rented, we enjoy staying here ourselves, as it perfectly reflects our idea of a mountain retreat. We love skiing on Mount Zoncolan, unwinding at the Arta Terme spa, exploring the scenic hiking trails in the surrounding area, and savoring the excellent local cuisine offered by small, traditional restaurants and local producers. For this reason, the house is thoughtfully and fully equipped with everything needed to ensure a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.
In the immediate vicinity are the Zoncolan ski area and several thermal spa resorts offering saunas, swimming pools, and wellness facilities, as well as numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and trekking in unspoiled natural surroundings. Charming historic villages can be visited just a few kilometers away. The area also offers a wide selection of restaurants and agriturismi serving traditional Carnian cuisine. Adjacent to the house guests will also find an ice-skating rink, an adventure park, and various other sports facilities.
