The structures enjoy a beautiful view and are about 800 meters from the Melisenda beach, where you can get there in five minutes by car. They have 4 beds: double bedrooms, in one of the two structures the bedroom has a bunk bed, in the other a bed with pull-out, bathroom with shower, washing machine. Living room kitchen, equipped with pots, crockery, glassware, fridge, oven, table, chairs, sofa, and flat screen TV. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. External veranda equipped with table, chairs and sofas. Outdoor shower, parking space and barbecue.

The Marina of Tertenia, today the territory of Ogliastra, extends for about 12 km of coast, between Capo Sferracavallo and the complex of volcanic origin of Monte Ferru. The coast is reachable, arriving at the inhabited center of Tertenia from the SS125, and following the indications for the sea. The journey is about 10km, passing the mountain pass of Monte Ferru, take the panoramic road of the Sarrala coast, which alternates white whiteness with red porphyry cliffs. One after the other the beaches alternate, the main ones being "Foxi Manna" and Melisenda, also known as "Foxi Murdegu": the first is a 1Km long beach, characterized by very white sand and shallow water, the second smaller than length, also characterized by a shallow water, is dominated by the Saracen Tower of San Giovanni.
