Farmhouse in hamlet surrounded by fields, 120 sq.m. Guests can use the private swimming pool and a large garden with various equipment. The pool is with salted water, measuring 6X12 m (1.2-1.7 m depth). The pool is externally paved and complete with sunbeds, beach umbrella, table with chairs and stonework barbecue. Covered parking next to the house. The farmhouse is close to the owner’s house who live on the same property but tend to only be home in the evenings. The farmhouse has comfortable modern furnishing. On the ground fl. there is the dining room, with equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV and direct outdoor access, 1 small bathroom with washing machine. A staircase leads up to the 1st fl. with 2 double bedrooms both with access to a small terrace, plus 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the 2nd fl. there is a bedroom with 2 beds (one is a French bed, 140 cm wide) and 1 bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. The price includes: weekly linen change, wifi, utilities (heating charged 2,50Euro xm3 and air conditioning not included).
