Casale Montedoro is an ethical and sustainable artistic residence, located on the Water Cycle Route, in the heart of the Itria Valley immersed in a forest. It is "Evolutionary Habitat", a place that supports well-being in a simple and natural way. Here guests can participate in artistic, naturalistic and gastronomic experiential itineraries immersed in beauty or enjoy the quiet of uncontaminated nature. The exclusive Guest Area for guests has two independent entrances for each room, hosting up to 4 people in total. It is divided into two rooms, Nespolo and Ulivo, finely renovated together with a personal bathroom, and a small laundry area with washing machine. The environment is air conditioned and equipped with linen. Externally there is the kitchen area, also equipped with an ancient wood-burning oven, with everything necessary for conviviality. The farmhouse has large equipped outdoor spaces and private internal parking. It is a place suitable for everyone, couples, families and those who own pets, appreciated for walking or cycling along the Ciclovia Dell'Acqua, admiring beautiful landscapes, or for relaxing in the shade of centuries-old olive trees

I am an artist and teacher of artistic paths and art therapy, and always in continuous personal evolution. After two years of research I arrived in this uncontaminated and unique place, immersed in a forest and it inspired me to create my project of sharing art and beauty in activity and hospitality itineraries

We are in the center of the Itria Valley, a few kilometers from the beautiful cities of Cisternino, Martina Franca, Ceglie Messapica, Ostuni, Alberobello. here you can breathe an air with positive energy. you can travel along the water cycle route on foot or by bicycle and admire wonderful views in uncontaminated nature. There are numerous artistic and cultural activities, food and wine and entertainment venues. There are numerous spiritual places (Bole Baba Ashram) We are about half an hour from the most beautiful beaches in Puglia.
