This property has just been renovated. It is situated in a quiet area near the center of Castel di Tusa, 300m from the sea. It has two completely independent apartments with private entrances overlooking a quiet street. Nearby there is the availability to find an easy public parking. Both apartments have a living area with flat-screen TV, kitchenette with oven, induction hob, bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer, two bedrooms and a terrace with sea view.
