BEFORE TO ARRIVAL: This property requires you to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to carry out online check-in, entering your details and documents for all guests. You will be asked to sign the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and to pay the TOURIST TAX, if applicable. Online check-in must be carried out at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings. ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This property is equipped with self check-in, so it is possible to enter independently by taking the keys from a numeric combination box. The code to open the box will be provided to you one day before your arrival. It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in order to prepare the house. Please note that check-in times are from 15:00 to 23:00. ATTENTION: Staff telephone assistance is available until 21:00. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is compulsorily before 10:00 a.m. CLEANING: A cleaning service or change of linen during your stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali. NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
