Our studio apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. The accommodation is composed as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table and TV; - KITCHEN with induction hob, air conditioning, microwave oven and all the main kitchen utensils; - BATHROOM with shower, toilet and bidet FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine. ATTENTION: - Please note that there is a short staircase (about 10 steps) to reach the entrance door of the studio apartment: be careful if you are traveling with children or people with reduced mobility; - It is possible to use a small outdoor table, ATTENTION: the area outside the studio apartment is a pedestrian passage for the owners of the other houses located further along the street so the outdoor space is not private to the studio apartment! - Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. This means that we provide them only upon request, in which case we personally proceed with the rental from a professional facility (ILVA Industrial Laundry, Rio Marina) and at check-in we will present the invoice so as to proceed with the payment for the rental. If you do not wish to use the rental, you can easily bring your own linen.
