Located in Massarella, in the heart of Tuscany, ‘Casolare Gli olivi di Dino’ is a recently renovated holiday home surrounded by olive trees. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys great tranquillity and is ideal for walks and bike rides within the adjacent Padule di Fucecchio wildlife area. The property has a private entrance and overlooks its own garden, equipped with a sun umbrella, sun loungers and barbecue, where you can spend pleasant moments relaxing outdoors. The apartment of over 100 square metres is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a new fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, dishes, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine) and a large room with a very comfortable standard double sofa bed and a dedicated bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 more double bedrooms and a bathroom. It is also equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi. Bed and bathroom linen is provided. A cot, a camp bed and two high chairs for children are also available. There is also a tourist tax of 1 euro per person per day which must be paid in cash upon arrival at the property. Two parking spaces are available in the property. Animals are not allowed.

I am the owner of this farmhouse and together with my family we decided to open this property to make it available to tourists in a location surrounded by greenery that makes guests feel at home, allowing them to fully experience the Tuscan countryside. This house has belonged to my family for 3 generations and it is thanks to my father Dino's passion for olive oil that more than 30 years ago his olive grove of more than 120 trees surrounding the house was born and which we look after every year to produce oil for the whole family. At the Casolare you can easily find your ideal holiday home in a quiet place for those who want to get away from the noise of the city and relax in contact with nature.

Massarella is a hamlet located in the municipality of Fucecchio, in the province of Florence. It is located in a quiet, rural area, just a few kilometres from the main tourist attractions in Tuscany. The apartment is located near the Padule di Fucecchio wildlife area and along the route of the Via Francigena and is a privileged starting point for those wishing to visit the most beautiful Tuscan art cities like Florence (47 km away), Siena (90 km away), Lucca (31 km away), Pisa (47 km away) and historical and tourist attractions such as Vinci (14 km away), Montecatini Terme (18 km away), San Gimignano (60 km away), Bolgheri (95 km away) and Volterra (69 km away). The sea of Versilia and the Etruscan coast, with their beautiful beaches, are less than an hour's drive away.
