Nice recently renovated one bedroom apartment, furnished and equipped, located in an ancient courtyard in the historic center ( traffic -free zone ) in front of Castelvecchio Museum and Arco dei Gavi, consisting of: bedroom with double bed and tv, bathroom with shower, living room with block equipped kitchen, crystal table with four chairs, tv and a very comfortable three-seater sofa bed. Located on the second floor with lift, equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, possibility of loading and unloading luggage with a stop of max 20 minutes in the internal courtyard; luggage storage service on request, at no additional charges. Apartment very well located, adjacent to all services and public transport for all destinations; bike rental in front of the structure. Toll Parking ARSENALE-SABA 6 minutes on foot.
Close to the main points of interest: Piazza Brà and Arena 5 minutes; Piazza delle Erbe, Piazza Dei Signori (Dante statue), Casa di Giulietta and Arche Scaligere 10 minutes; Duomo, Ponte Pietra, Roman Theater and Castel San Pietro 20 minutes, Castelvecchio Museum and Bridge and Gavi Arch, in front of the structure.
