THE PRICE INCLUDES: - bed linen and towels - utilities (electricity, water, gas for cooking) - initial and final cleaning - wifi - air conditioning - change of linen and cleaning for stays longer than a week.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: - tourist tax (where applicable).
ON REQUEST: - pets allowed euro 50 - extra cleaning (euro 15 per employee) - beach with sandy beach 100 meters away bookable through the agency.
A reception operator will take care of check-in (from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm) and check-out (from 8:30 am to 10:00 am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late arrivals upon prior notification (from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am).
In case of failure to dispose of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained from the deposit. In case of failure to clean the kitchenette or dishes, a penalty of euro 50 will be retained from the deposit. Cot rental euro 50 - extra bed rental euro 100.
