Lovely studio apartment with large terrace in a residential neighborhood of Como wrapped in greenery. A 10-minute drive from the lake and the historic center. Convenient to reach Switzerland, Campione d'Italia, Lugano, upper lake towns or characteristic villages such as Cernobbio and Laglio. A 5-minute drive away is the Tavernola pier, from which you can take the boat to visit typical villages on the lake. Supermarket within walking distance and bus stop under the house. A transfer service to and from Milan Malpensa airport is available for a fee.

Sagnino is a quiet residential neighborhood enveloped in greenery, close to the Swiss border. It is well served by public transportation, which makes it possible to reach the historic center in 15 to 20 minutes. A short distance away is the boat harbor of Tavernola and Cernobbio, the first of the quaint towns that line the shores of the lake. In the neighborhood there are supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, playgrounds, soccer, tennis, and basketball courts, and a small wooded area for cool walks. For those arriving by car, exit at Como Monteolimpino. For those who do not have a car, the neighborhood is served by bus lines 7 and 11, which connect the neighborhood to San Giovanni station. The bus stop is 30m from the apartment.
