"Cocciu d'amuri" is a cozy and quiet apartment recently built in the historical center, just seconds away from the main touristic attractions Palermo has to offer. Massimo Theater on one side and Piazza San Domenico, and the ancient market of Vucciria, on the other side. This is a first floor apartment reached by elevator that will easily hosts up to 4 people. It is divided into a spacious bedroom with a balcony and king size bed (upon request we can provide another single bed and/or crib); a living room with a couch that will convert to a bed, a 43" TV and a few books for your entertainment; a dining room kitchen with everything you need to feel at home including microwave and espresso machine. The apartment also includes a small laundry room with washing machine and sink, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. For different times of the year we include a heater and A/C unit. Wi-fi is included, and upon request we can provide a high chair, a baby bath and a stroller. Following the sanitary emergency, we joined a special cleaning protocol to make our guests feel safe in a completely sanitized environment.

We are in the historical center of the city: on one size Massimo Theater and via Maqueda, pedestrian area full of restaurants, shops and street artists, where walking is always nice; on the other size the elegant San Domenico square and the ancient market of Vucciria; a little further the Cala and the foro italico with his park overlooking the gulf of Palermo and mount Pellegrino which inspired poets and artists from all over the world. The shuttle bus is just 150m away, and so is the bus stop. The house is in a ZTL zone , so if you have a car contact me to have a free pass.
