With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 twin room), a bright indoor veranda with a panoramic view, and a large living area, the apartment is a hymn to brightness and style. The outdoor area is the focal point for any guests who wish to experience the beauty of the lake in complete tranquility and privacy: the large panoramic terrace is perfectly and beautifully equipped for a relaxing day in the sun! The dining room communicates with the fully-equipped kitchen: for the guests' comfort, there is a Nespresso machine, a fridge & a freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, and a kettle. There is also another bigger fridge and a washing machine in another room. In the apartment, there are 2 bathrooms: one with a whirlpool tub, and the other with a shower. On the terrace, there are seats for 6 people. Dinner with a lake view, a family lunch, a Spritz sipped at sunset... In short, any excuse is valid to take advantage of the comfortable deckchairs, the sofa, and the large outdoor table! The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. A convenient private garage with one parking spot is available to the guests at no extra fee. There are also parking spaces next to the building (if you need to park more than one car).

This apartment is located in Blevio – one of the charming little towns around Como lake. There is a minimarket (grocery store) next to the property, and our guests enjoy the lakeside restaurant just down the hill.
