The Caldura district is quiet and relaxing and takes its name from the splendid Caldura beach, easily reachable with a simple walk. In the neighborhood there is: a Mini Market, bar, tobacco shop in the usual place. A stone's throw from the port from which you can embark for the beautiful Aeolian Islands. On Saturdays also the city market and disco Club delle Calette. Below the house is the stop of the C Sommatinese urban line with an end to the Lungo Mare. Ideal district to reach the motorway junction, to reach the neighboring countries: Castelbuono, Gibilmanna, Pollina, Isnello, S. Ambrogio. Excellent restaurants by the sea: La Tavernetta, Cala Luna. You can visit the Rocca di Cefalù, the Duomo (UNESCO Heritage), the Mandralisca Museum, the Medieval Wash, the Gibilmanna Sanctuary, the Castelbuono Castle, etc. etc.
