Lakefront apartment with dock in Desenzano

Residenza Miralago by Wonderful Italy is a collection of independent apartments all located in Desenzano del Garda , on the south-west of Lake Garda in the Brescia province. There is a view of the lake from the town, because it is located at the center of a wide gulf, delimited in the west by the Monte Corno and in the east by the Sirmione peninsula. Residenza Miralago by Wonderful Italy is located in a lakefront location, right on the pedestrian waterfront historic center of Desenzano del Garda. The residence has a private dock on the lake for mooring boats of the guests and has access to the municipal beach. It has a an infinity pool with a sun terrace and gazebo with benches. Each apartment has private bathroom with tub or shower, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with microwave and ironing facilities. All the properties have a washing machine, a sofa and dining table. Residenza Miralago offers to its guests a wonderful infinity pool with a solarium area (open from 01/04 to 31/10), a laundry room in the basement, a garden, direct access to the promenade and the public beach, a few steps away from the centre of Desenzano. In the building there are different types of apartments with different views. Do not hesitate to contact us to know more about it! *For the Two-Bedroom Apartment, it is possible to request the accommodation of a room with two twin beds, depending on availability. For a flat rate, guests have access to a charging station for electric vehicles with 22Kw/h max power and charging connector Modo 2. *Reception is located at 27 Via Tommaso del Molin in Desenzano del Garda and is open daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons. *Please be advised that the heating system will be active only during the period between mid-October and mid-April as per local regulations

Neighbourhood information

Desenzano del Garda is a lovely town overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia. In Desenzano it is possible to visit the ancient roman ruins of Villa Romana, the castle from the X century, walk along the romantic old harbor and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach: the lake shores offer four beaches where to relax and enjoy the sun and the landscape. Desenzano is the perfect destination for sport lovers that will be able to wind surf, mountain bike and sail. In addition, this town is a great starting point to explore the southern part of Garda that offers stunning places, starting from the nearby Sirmonione, the most prestigious city of the lake, proceeding then to Salò, with the new promenade, Maderno and Gardone Riviera. Desenzano train station is 15 minutes walking distance, Verona airport is 35 kms away and Milano-Malpensa is around 160 kms away.
