Hi! We are Lisa (former ballerina, now a business woman) and Nico (former rower on river Arno, now working in tech), a young couple who has been together for 10 years and got married in lovely Florence in Summer 2022.
Our family has been living in Florence for a lifetime, and we are totally in love with the city. After so much fun and enjoyment for a lifetime, we are excited to share this beauty with our lovely guests.

Newly renovated (July 2023!), very large 34sqm (370sqf) Suite within a 3-Rooms Luxury Boutique Penthouse (NOT a Hotel) with wooden ceilings, spacious suite with ensuite bathroom, and ample desk space, located on the top floor with lift of a 1700s Palazzo overlooking Casa di Dante square.
Renovated to the highest specification with classic Tuscan charm. We built this home for us, Florence locals who now live abroad, for when we go back home, but with 5* hotel standards: a Super King bed with Hypnos mattress (used by the British Royal Household), ultra-fast Wifi (perfect for remote work too), 50 inch flat-screen TV, Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, mini fridge, snacks. Essentials and toiletries are provided. Air conditioning will refresh you in hot summer days. All suites are soundproofed for ultimate silence and comfort.
Ideal destination for high-end tourism, often chosen for Honeymoons, Anniversaries and very special occasions, but also for sophisticated tourists or professionals looking for the perfect high end accommodation in the most central part of Florence.
