The characteristics of the structure are confidentiality with the rooms all with private bathroom inside to each have their own privacy, cleaning and sanitization carried out at each customer change with Ozone technology for the elimination of spores and viruses as certified by the Ministry of Health. The strategic position for both business and leisure travel with the Subaugusta Metro Line A stop in front of the structure (20 meters), the structure completely renovated with modern bathrooms with heated towel rails, smart TV, fiber optic internet, towel set.

In addition to having the Metro Line A in front of the structure to reach all points of interest in the city in a few minutes, in the surroundings a few hundred meters and within walking distance in a few minutes there are: the Cinecittà film studios "Cinecittà Studios" , the Experimental Center of Cinematography, the Tuscolano State Police Investigation Center, professional training centers including the Aroma Academy for patisserie, local companies and restaurants such as" Meo Pinelli", supermarkets, the Cinecitta 2 shopping center, not to mention the "Park degli Acquedotti" large archaeological site from the Roman era, which can be visited on foot for free and beautiful for cycling All the services you need, garage at 50 meters etc.
