House & Villas is a service startup in the tourism/real estate sector active in Italy. Our mission is to become a point of reference for all those who intend to stay in the best facilities. We carefully select our partners to guarantee the best accommodation solutions, from apartments to villas with swimming pools. We offer a 24-hour assistance service for our customers, as well as extra services such as: transfers to and from the airport, luggage storage, babysitting and chef. In the experience sector we offer: guided tours in the main cities, boat trips with or without a skipper, wine and food tastings, and much more. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Donna Rosa Holiday Home is located a few steps from the historic center of Noto, in a characteristic alley that overlooks the main street of the city. The structure is divided into two small apartments that have been modernly renovated and equipped with all comforts. Il Vicolo has an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. La Terrazza consists of two bedrooms, a laundry room equipped with washing machine, a comfortable bathroom and finally a staircase leads to the bright kitchen which overlooks the terrace, equipped with an outdoor shower and a relaxation area in which to share moments of relaxing in the company of friends enjoying the view of the city.
