You will feel right at home preparing breakfasts and meals to be enjoyed on the kitchen peninsula or, during the warm season, on the small terrace, enjoying the view and sea breeze. The living room is spacious and elegant, carefully furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a 42-inch TV screen. Inside the suite, you can relax in the comfortable queen-size bed, harmoniously illuminated by soft courtesy wall lights that create a restful atmosphere. The bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe and spacious chest of drawers to store your clothes. The modern and spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and toilet. We provide toiletries, bath and shower gel, towels, hairdryer, and a first aid kit. The accommodation is suitable for those who need to work remotely or simply need a quiet place to relax. The house is therefore equipped with a computer workstation or study with fast internet connection. To complete the amenities, there is air conditioning and a boiler heating system.

There are both free and paid parking options in the area. The property, located just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes from Piazza Salotto, is in the perfect area for walking or running along the seaside or strolling through the city center's streets, with shops, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, and supermarkets, including one just a few meters from the property. You don't need to use your car; you can easily walk to meet your daily needs. Free street parking is available in the evening hours, or you can use paid parking garages. The train and bus station is only a few hundred meters away.
