Enchanting apartment with breathtaking sea views, located on the first floor of a villa consisting of only 6 apartments, and located on the western pedestrian promenade, in Via Roma. The apartment is accessed from the main road, via a driveway gate that leads to the private parking space (for small cars). An external staircase leads to the first floor, to the terrace of the apartment, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the port of Castiglione. The terrace is covered by an awning and is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals. The terrace leads to the living room with sofa, TV, table/chairs, and two single beds, kitchenette equipped with gas cylinder hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and oven, a corridor leads to the double bedroom with single bed (small size suitable for children) with access to balcony and a renovated bathroom with shower, window and washing machine. From the apartment there is direct access to the seafront via a pedestrian gate avoiding busy roads. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, with a split in the living room and one in the master bedroom, ensuring a pleasant environment even on the hottest days. The apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with two children, offering a welcoming retreat and spectacular views of the Tuscan coast. Castiglione della Pescaia is the most famous tourist resort on the south coast of the Maremma: a combination of nature, sea, cultural and artistic heritage to visit which make it unique in its kind. The medieval castle dominates the village and the ancient streets to which it belongs can be visited especially in the evening to enjoy enchanting sunsets and the sea breeze. This seaside resort is suitable both for those who want a relaxing holiday and for lovers of sport and active life. There are many bars and restaurants suitable for every budget, and the beaches are equipped with bathing establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, surf and paddle. You can easily move around on foot because the distances are short, or by bicycle along one of the many cycle paths. And for those who want to explore nearby places, there is a wide choice of Etruscan archaeological sites (Vetulonia and Roselle), the Maremma Natural Park, or cities like Siena (1 hour by car), Florence (1 hour and a half) . An excursion to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago is also recommended, with mini cruises leaving every day from the port of Castiglione.
